Custom Exam Books

Bemiss-Jason offers a selection of custom covers to choose from. Whether you need a custom cover design or color, we can produce it. Use the order form below to get started.

Artwork:High resolution, 300dpi, illustrator or vector.
Minimum Order: 2 cartons
Plate Charge: $30.00 for new / changed artwork
Lead Time: 4 weeks after approval of artwork before product ships. (Please plan ahead of your testing times.)
Cover Colors: Blue, Pink, Green, Yellow and White
Ink: Blue or Black

NOTE:
Cover colors can also be use with stocking booklets, but will be considered “custom”.
